Wild Rice and Grilled Chicken


  

Ingredients:
 
2 chicken breasts, cut into thick slices
4 teaspoons virgin olive oil
2 cups wild rice, cooked
4 tablespoons organic chicken broth
 
1.) Heat a grill to medium heat.  Toss the chicken in the olive oil and grill until cooked throughout and no longer pink.
 

2.) When chicken is cool, tear into bite-sized pieces, mix with the rice, add the chicken broth and serve over dry kibbles.
