Turkey & Swiss Biscuits
Ingredients:
2 cups oat flour
2 cups brown rice flour
2 cups grated Swiss cheese
2 cups ground turkey (cooked)
1 cup oat bran
2 tablespoons dried parsley
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups water
1.) Preheat oven to 375o F.
2.) Combine all the ingredients until a soft dough forms. Roll the dough out to 1/4" thickness and cut into round circles with a cookie cutter pizza cutter to make into shapes. Place on an aluminum-lined cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until browned. Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
