Turkey Sausage & Pasta

Ingredients:
12 ounces fusilli
2 teaspoons virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, sliced
1 cup turkey sausage
1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
4 tablespoons Romano cheese, grated
1.) Cook the pasta until done al dente style, about 7 minutes, and then drain.
2.) Heat the olive oil in a pan and saute the garlic. Remove the sausage casing and add to the garlic, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook until well browned.
3.) Add tomatoes, stir until combined and continue cooking until the sauce slightly thickens.
4.) Cut the fusilli and add it to the sausage mixture. Mix in the grated Romano cheese and serve over kibbles.
