Tuna Melt Biscuits
Ingredients:
2 cups oat flour
2 cups brown rice flour
1 cup oat bran
2 6-ounce cans of dolphin friendly tuna (in water)
1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 cup water
1.) Preheat oven to 350o F.
2.) Pour entire tuna can contents into a food processor and grind. Combine all the remaining ingredients together and mix. (Adjust the water according to the amount of water in the tuna cans). Roll to 1/4 " thickness on a lightly floured surface, and cut into shapes with a cookie cutter. Place on an aluminum foil-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown. Cool on a wire rack until completely cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
