Trail Mix
Ingredients:
4 cups oat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup unsalted peanut butter
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup finely chopped unsalted peanuts
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup carob chips
4 eggs
1 cup honey
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups water
1/2 cup safflower oil
1.) Preheat oven to 350o F.
2.) Mix all the ingredients together and place in greased 9X13 pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until top is a nice golden brown color. Cool completely on a wire rack and then slice into individual sizes, before storing in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
