Snickerdoodles


Ingredients: 
 
3 cups oat flour
3 cups brown rice flour
4 teaspoons. cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 cup honey
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups water
 
1.) Preheat oven to 375o F.
 
2.) Combine all ingredients and mix together.  Roll into balls and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.  Press down on the top of each cookie with a fork to make decorative marks.
 

3.) Bake for 18-22 minutes or until edges are a golden brown.  Cool and store in a cookie jar.
