Sardines and Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:
2 skinless, boneless unsalted sardines, chopped
4 tablespoons unbleached flour
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup mashed potatoes
4 tablespoons organic chicken broth, warmed up
1.) Cut the sardines into small chunks, and then roll them in the flour to coat.
2.) Heat the oil in a saucepan, saute the garlic and the add the sardines and saute for a few minutes.
3.) Warm the mashed potatoes up in the microwave, add the chicken broth, stir until smooth. Add the sardines and serve over kibble.
