Salmon Rice & Broccoli

Ingredients:
8 ounces cooked salmon fillet
4 tablespoons virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, sliced
1 cup wild rice, cooked
1/2 cup frozen chopped broccoli
4 tablespoons organic chicken broth
1.) With a fork flake the salmon into chunks, remove the skin and any bones.
2.) In a pan heat the olive oil, garlic, rice and broccoli. Add the salmon chunks and remove from heat. Add the chicken broth while stirring and serve over dry kibbles.
