Potatoe Soup

 

2 tablespoons virgin olive oil

3 cloves garlic, chopped

1 carrot, finely chopped

6 potatoes, scrubbed

3 cups organic chicken broth

 

1.) Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat, add the garlic and carrots and cook until caramelized.

 

2.) Cut the potatoes into large chunks, and add to the pot along with the chicken broth.  Lower the heat, cover and simmer for half and hour.

 

3.) Cool slightly and process in a blender until soup is a smooth and creamy consistency, adding extra broth if needed.  Place 1/4 cup of the soup to your dog's dish and stir with their kibbles.
