Pine Cones
Ingredients:
3 cups oat flour
3 cups brown rice flour
1 cup finely chopped unsalted peanuts
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup molasses
1 cup unsalted peanut butter
1 cup water
1.) Preheat oven to 350o F.
2.) Combine all the ingredients and mix completely. Roll into small balls and then roll the balls in the sesame seeds, before placing on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Press down on each cookie with the palm of your hand to flatten. (They can be close together because they do not spread out)
3.) Bake for 18-22 minutes or until edges are a golden brown. Cool and store at room temperature in a loosely covered container.
