Pigs in a Blanket

Ingredients:
1 cup natural cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup Romano cheese, grated
2 cups oat flour
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup canola oil
6 tablespoons organic chicken broth
8 organic beef or chicken hot dogs
1.) Combine the grated cheeses, flour, and oats and stir together.
2.) Pour the oil and broth in a glass measuring cup and then all at once into the oat mixture. Stir until it forms a dough and then wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
3.) Heat the oven to 400o F. Roll the dough into a 1/4 in ch thick rectangle. Place the hot dog on the dough and roll it up. Seal the end by moistening with water.
4.) Place the hot dogs in the freezer for 30 minutes, then slice into 1/2 inch segments. Bake on a parchment-lined cookie sheet for 7 minutes or until nicely browned.
