Pasta & Zucchini


Ingredients:

 
12 ounces spaghetti
4 tablespoons virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, sliced
4 small zucchini, chopped finely
6 tablespoons Romano cheese, grated
 
1.)  Cook the pasta until done al dente style, and then drain.
 
2.) Heat the olive oil in a pan and saute the garlic.  Add the zucchini and stir.
 

3.) Cut the pasta into pieces and add to the zucchini.  Mix in the Romano cheese and pour over dry kibbles.
