Nutties


   

Ingredients:

 
3 cups oat flour
3 cups brown rice flour
1 cup finely ground pecans or walnuts
1/2 cup sesame seeds
2 cups shelled walnuts (halved)
1 cup oat bran
2 eggs
1 cup molasses
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/3 cup water
 
1.) Preheat oven to 350o F.
 
2.) Combine all the ingredients and mix completely.  Roll into small balls and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.  Press down on each cookie with the palm of your hand to flatten, and place one of the walnut halves into the top of each cookie.
 

3.) Bake for 18-22 minutes or until edges are a golden brown. Cool and store in loosely covered container at room temperature.
