Molasses Biscuits


Ingredients:

 
3 cups oat flour
3 cups brown rice flour
1/2 cup finely ground pecans
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup molasses
2 eggs
1 cup water
 
1.)  Preheat oven to 350o F. 
 
2.) Combine all the ingredients together and mix. Roll to 1/4 " thickness on a lightly floured surface, and cut into shapes with a cookie cutter. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown.  Cool on a wire rack until completely cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
