Meat & Potatoes Biscuits
Ingredients:
2 cups oat flour
2 cups potatoe flour
1cup oat bran
2 lbs lean ground beef (cooked and drained)
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups water
1.) Preheat oven to 375o F.
2.) Combine all the ingredients and mix until until a soft dough forms. Roll the dough out to 1/4" thickness and cut into round circles with a cookie cutter or pizza cutter to make into shapes. Place on an aluminum-lined cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until browned. Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
