Liver & Oat Biscuits


Ingredients:

 
3 cups oat flour
3 cups brown rice flour
1 lb raw beef or chicken liver
2 cups oat bran
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
2 eggs
1 cup water
 
1.)  Preheat oven to 350o F. 
 
2.)  Puree the liver in a food processor. Combine all the ingredients together and mix. Roll dough into a 1" thick balls and place on an aluminum foil-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes. Turn the oven off and leave them in overnight to dry.  Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
