Liver & Cheddar Biscuits


Ingredients:

 
2 cups oat flour
3 cups brown rice flour
1 lb raw chicken or beef liver
2 cups shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 eggs
 
1.)  Preheat oven to 350o F. 
 

2.)  Puree the liver in a food processor.  Combine all the ingredients together and mix. Roll to 1/4 " thickness on a lightly floured surface, and cut into 3.5" circles with a cookie cutter. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown.  Cool on a wire rack until completely cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
