Liver & Bacon Biscuits


Ingredients:
 
3 cups oat flour
3 cups brown rice flour
1 lb raw beef or chicken livers
12 slices cooked nitrate-free bacon
2 cups oat bran
2 eggs
1 cup water
 
1.)  Preheat oven to 375o F.
 
2.) Puree liver in a food processor.  Combine all the ingredients together and mix. Roll to 1/4 " thickness and cut into 2" circles with a cookie cutter or pizza cutter.  Place on an aluminum-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes until they are golden brown.  Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
