Heart Cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups oat flour
2 1/2 cups brown rice flour
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 6-ounce cans of tomatoe paste
2 tablespoons beet powder (optional)
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups water
1.) Preheat oven to 350o F.
2.) Combine all the ingredients together until a dough forms. Roll out on a lightly floured surface to about 1/2" thick. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter and place cookies on an ungreased cookie sheet.
3.) Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a nice golden brown color. Cool on a wire rack and then store cookies in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
