Fish & Chip Cookies


Ingredients:

 
2 1/2 cups oat flour
2 cups potatoe flour
1 cup oat bran
2 cups cooked sole (or other white fish) 
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 eggs
2 cups water
 
1.)  Preheat oven to 350o F. 
 
2.) Combine all the ingredients until a soft dough forms. Roll the dough out to 1/4" thickness and cut into round circles with a cookie cutter or pizza cutter to make into shapes.  Place on an aluminum-lined cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until browned.  Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
