Energy Bars


 

   
Ingredients:
 
2 1/2 cups oat flour
2 1/2 cups brown rice flour
1 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup granola (without raisins)
2 eggs
1/2 cup molasses
1 1/3 cups water 
 
1.) Preheat oven to 350o F.
 
2.) Combine all the ingredients and mix completely.  Roll into small balls and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.  Press down on each cookie with the palm of your hand to flatten. (They can be close together because they do not spread out)
 
3.) Bake for 18-22 minutes or until edges are a golden brown. Cool and store at room temperature in a loosely covered container.
