Cream Cheese Frosting


 

Ingredients:

 
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup skim milk
4 teaspoons pure vanilla
 
Cream the softened cream cheese in a mixer with the milk and vanilla.  Beat until smooth and creamy.  Use a spatula to ice the cake with a thin layer of frosting.  Leave cake in refrigerator for 20 minutes, before applying a second layer.
