Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts
6 cups water
4 large carrots, peeled and diced
2 celery stalks, chopped
4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 cups cooked rice
1.) Combine the chicken, water, carrots, celery, and potatoes in a large pot. Cover and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
2.) Add the rice and simmer for another 30 minutes, or until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
3.) Remove from heat and allow to cool. Stir the soup before stirring and place any leftovers in the refrigerator.
