Chicken Pastina


Ingredients:

 
4 teaspoons virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cups pastina
3 cups organic chicken broth
2 tablespoons Romano cheese, grated
 
1.)  Heat the olive oil in a pan and saute the garlic, add the pastina and cook for two minutes. 
 
2.) Add the chicken broth and slowly bring to a boil, cooking until al dente.  Do not drain!
 
3.) Flake the pastina and mix in the grated cheese.  Serve over regular kibble.
