Cheeseburger Biscuits


 

Ingredients:
 
2 cups oat flour
2 cups brown rice flour
2 cups lean ground beef (pre-cooked and drained)
1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
1/2 cup tomatoe paste
2 cups water
 
1.)  Preheat oven to 350o F.
 
2.) Combine all ingredients until a dough forms.  Dough will be sticky, so flour the surface you will be rolling it on.  Roll to 1/4 " thickness and cut into 2" circles with a cookie cutter or bottom of a glass.  Place on an aluminum-lined cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until browned.  Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
