Cheese Fries


Ingredients:

 
3 cups oat flour
3 cups brown rice flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 cups low-fat shredded cheese
2 eggs
1/2 extra-virgin olive oil
1 cup water
 
1.)  Preheat oven to 450o F. 
 
2.) Combine all the ingredients (reserving 1 cup of the cheese for the topping) until a soft dough forms. Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface.  Cut into strips and then roll into sticks. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned.  Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
