Cheese Biscuits
Ingredients:
3 cups oat flour
3 cups brown rice flour
2 cups low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
2 cups water
1.) Preheat oven to 375o F.
2.) Combine all the ingredients until a soft dough forms. Roll the dough out to 1/4" thickness and cut into round circles with a cookie cutter. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until browned. Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
