Carob-Peanut Butter Cups


 

Ingredients:
 
5 cups Peanut Butter-Spice biscuits (in biscuit section)
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
2 tablespoons unsweetened carob powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup unsalted natural smooth peanut butter
1 cup organic brown rice syrup
 
1.) Process the biscuits in a food processor to make into crumbs. Place the crumbs, oats, carob powder and cinnamon in a mixing bowl and stir together.
 
2.) Combine the peanut butter and syrup in a glass measuring cup and stir until smooth.  Add to the crumb mixture and mix on medium speed.
 
3.)  Shape the batter into small balls. Treats can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
