Carob Brownies
Ingredients:
4 cups oat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup carob powder
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups honey
1/2 cup safflower oil
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
frosting:
1 8-ounce package of cream cheese
4 tablespoons carob powder
1.) Preheat oven to 350o F.
2.) combine all the brownie ingredients and mix together, pour into a greased pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until sides begin to pull away from the pan.
3.) Mix together the frosting ingredients and spread over the cooled brownies. Slice into small portions and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
