Burritos


 
 
Ingredients:
 
3 cuts oat flour
2cups brown rice flour
1 cup oat bran
1 cup lean ground beef (pre-cooked and drained)
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
1/2 cup black beans (mashed)
2 small ripe avocados 
4 eggs
1/2 cup water
 
1.)  Preheat oven to 350o F. 
 
 
2.)  Peel and puree the avocados in a food processor.  Combine all the ingredients together and mix. Roll to 1/4 " thickness on a lightly floured surface, and cut into 3.5" circles with a cookie cutter. Place on an aluminum-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes until they are golden brown.  Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
