Broccoli with Pasta
Ingredients:
2 cups rigatoni
2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, sliced
2 cups frozen broccoli, thawed and finely chopped
4 tablespoons Romano cheese, grated
1.) Cook the pasta until done al dente style, about 7 minutes, and then drain.
2.) Heat the olive oil in a pan and saute the garlic. Add the broccoli and cook another few minutes.
3. Cut the pasta, add to broccoli, mix in the cheese and serve over dry kibbles.
