Blondies


Ingredients:

 
4 cups oat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 eggs
1 cup honey
1/2 cup unsalted peanut butter
1/2 cup safflower oil
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
2 cups carob chips
 
1.) Preheat oven to 350o F.
 
2.)  Combine all ingredients except chips and stir together in a large bowl.  Stir in carob chips by hand and pour into a lightly greased 9X13 pan.  Bake 30-35 minutes or until blondies begin to pull away form the sides of the pan.  Cool and slice into individual portions, before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
