A backyard dog kennel is a tiny, fenced-in space built to confine your dogs outdoors. Your backyard kennel must have everything the dog will need for survival, which includes toys, a place to sleep, water, and a place to use the bathroom. Grass floor is preferred over concrete. Even though use of a good first aid kit some people would love to keep their dogs in an outdoor kennel on a full time basis, it is highly advisable to use the outdoor kennel only when necessary and not all the time.
