Beef Barley Biscuits


Ingredients:

 
4 cups oat flour
3 cups barley flour
2 cups lean ground beef (cooked and drained)
2 cups pureed carrots
1cup pureed celery
1 cup oat bran
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 eggs
1 cup water
 
1.)  Preheat oven to 350o F. 
 
2.)  Peel and cook carrots and celery and then puree in a food processor. Combine all the dry ingredients together and mix.  Add the eggs and water and mix it into a dough. Roll to 1/4 " thickness on a lightly floured surface, and cut into shapes with a cookie cutter. Place on an aluminum foil-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown.  Cool on a wire rack until completely cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
