Barbecued Buffalo Burgers
Ingredients:
1 cup Blue cheese and tomatoe biscuits (in the biscuit section)
1/2 cup organic beef broth
2 organic eggs, beaten
1 pound ground bison
2 tablespoons Blue cheese, crumbled
4 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1.) Preheat oven to 350o F.
2.) Soak the biscuits in the beef broth and add the egg, bison, cheese and barbecue sauce. Mix thoroughly.
3.) Form the mixture into small burgers and grill until cooked.
4.) Use a fork to break apart the burgers into smaller pieces and serve over dry kibbles.
