Baked Fish Fillets
Ingredients:
1 cup fish and chip biscuits (in the biscuit section)
12 ounces of any white fish, sliced
2 organic eggs, beaten
4 tablespoons virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup frozen chopped broccoli
4 teaspoons organic chicken broth
1.) Preheat oven to 350o F.
2.) Dip the fish in the beaten egg and roll in the biscuit crumbs. Place fillets in a baking dish and drizzle the olive oil over top. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for another 10 minutes.
3.) Heat olive oil in a pan and saute the garlic and broccoli. Add the chicken broth and stir.
4.) Flake the cooked fish and and add to the broccoli. Serve over dry kibbles.
