Bacon Crumbles - Fancy Cookies


Ingredients:

 
1/2 cup unsalted natural peanut butter
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 1/2 cups peanut butter, carrot and wheat germ biscuits (in other section)
8 pieces nitrate free bacon, cooked and crumbled
 
1.) Mix the cream cheese and peanut butter in a medium bowl, until they are thoroughly combined.
 
2.) Place the biscuits in a plastic bag and crush them into small pieces with a rolling pin.  Add the bacon and broken biscuits to the peanut butter/cream cheese mixture, and stir.
 
3.)  Lightly flour your hands and shape in the dough into small cubes.  Store the crumbles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
