Asian Beef Tips

Ingredients:
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
1 lime, juiced
1 pound pepper steak
1 cup organic beef broth
1 cup brown rice, cooked
1.) Place the ginger, garlic, olive oil and lime juice in a small plastic container. Add the pepper steaks, cover and marinade for as long as overnight in the refrigerator.
2.) Heat the grill and cook the steaks for 3 minutes on each side, or until done.
3.) Chop the beef strips into bite-sized pieces. Combine with the beef broth and rice. Serve over dry kibbles.
